Sharon Bull created the online ladies only community in May 2020.  The founder/ director of  Compassionate Voices CIC, wanted to keep attendees of The Power of YOU online Workshop connected during the initial lock down period. Since this time and during some of the most difficult months, the community has taken on its own identity. With The Power of YOU wellbeing and empowerment Workshop still at its core, the community’s  calendar of events has grown exponentially over the past few months.

At a monthly members meeting in November 2020, an overwhelming majority of the attendees wanted to help secure the future of Compassionate Voices. A yearly subscription charge of £5.00 was agreed and so with this, funding from the National Lottery and a great team including Mandy Kennell, Caron Kirkham, Gemma Clarke, Angela Fyffe Collins and Claire Simpson working with Sharon, the community has become a growing bubble of support, inspiration and understanding for its members.

Now, with over 120 members, in which more than 60% have subscribed to receive the full benefits of the community, we are excitedly planning regional hubs to hold face to face events too. Running alongside our virtual events, there has never been a better time to join us.
